What to expect.

Whether on a fast or slow track, you set the pace. We’ll start your building journey by getting comfortable with each other, and learning more about your aspirations and how we can accomplish them. Completion varies by scope and pace, but we can design and build custom homes in as little as 12 months.

  • We’ll discuss your project goals and timeline to help us both decide if we’re a fit. We build homes exclusively for homeowners that share our professionalism, values, and vision for a new paradigm in home ownership.

  • We’ll provide a project overview and preliminary cost estimate, without obligation.

  • We’ll provide a document with design deliverables and execution scope. An agreement is signed to move into the design phase.

  • Working closely with you, we’ll begin developing architectural and interior design plans. Once the plans and budgets are approved, an agreement is signed to move into the construction phase.

  • This phase involves several steps, including structural engineering, site preparation, permits, construction, interior finishes, home inspection, and optional energy certification.
