Low maintenance & lasting durability.

Everlasting Homes Building Group has reimagined home building by developing proprietary, innovative engineering and construction methods to deliver homes with worry-free low maintenance and long-lasting durability, among many other benefits. We use monolithic Structural Concrete Insulated Panel (SCIP) technology, in combination with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other technologies that set the standards for high performance, surpassing what traditional concrete, steel, wood, and other conventional building systems can provide.

Additionally, because of this durability and disaster resistance, an insurer is offering exclusive nationwide insurance policies for Everlasting homeowners, including in high-risk wildfire areas, and regions prone to hurricanes and tornadoes. Lower insurance rates work hand-in-hand with lower maintenance and energy consumption for a considerable reduction of overall operating costs over time.

Operational savings over time.

Everlasting Homes Building Group is a steward of sustainable design and construction that significantly reduces day-to-day and long-term maintenance. As a leader in life-cycle affordability, our SCIP monolithic envelopes, combined with other smart home technologies, provide savings on energy, maintenance, and insurance.

When combined, operational savings is up to 60% of the construction cost of our homes over time. If adding solar, it’s even greater.

Long-term low maintenance.

Everlasting homes are structurally low maintenance for the long haul. Without structural wood anywhere in our homes, there is no wood rot or termite damage to cope with. Another low maintenance feature is the roof system, which is resilient against rain, sun, severe heat, snow, and winds up to 200 mph+. Whether a flat or sloped roof, we build it with SCIP, which lasts well beyond a lifetime. In comparison, asphalt and shingle roofs require ongoing maintenance, expensive replacement every 15 to 30 years, and are vulnerable in storms, strong winds, and fires.

Optionally, we use our exclusive Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) in place of the concrete layer in regions prone to wildfires. With a lifespan of 1,000 years, it is ten times stronger than regular concrete, withstands fires up to 2192°F continuously, and self-heals any minor cracking, so very little or no cosmetic maintenance is needed when applied to roofs or exterior walls.

Day-to-day low maintenance.

Our SCIP monolithic envelopes, in combination with other technologies, provide worry-free, low maintenance not only for the home itself but also the equipment that runs it on a daily basis.

Because of the superior energy efficiency of our homes and Passive Houses, energy consumption is minimized. This, combined with high-performance mechanical systems, plumbing, and appliances, results in overall lower maintenance (and costs).

Durability of our building system.

With a commitment to high quality, innovation, and safety, Everlasting Homes Building Group builds with Structural Concrete Insulated Panels (SCIP), our proprietary Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC), and other technologies that are durable and can stand up to disasters and extreme climate. Reliability of our building envelope is the cornerstone for how we build, and is backed by rigorous, independent engineering standards, and our founder’s more than 30 years of professional experience in structural engineering, managing complex, large-scale engineering projects around the globe.

The SCIP that we use has been scientifically tested and is backed by the International Code Council, a trusted global standard used by Building and Safety departments in major U.S. cities. Going a step beyond, our homes exceed many of the U.S. structural and energy standards, and we offer our homeowners a 10-year structural warranty.

Industry review.

“In the durability department, (Everlasting’s) completed, monolithic home can withstand 200-plus mph winds, would survive an earthquake measuring 9.0 on the Richter scale, has a fire rating, and is mold, wood rot and termite resistant…Additional benefits include…an extremely low life-cycle cost due to reduced operating cost of energy, insurance and maintenance.”
