What to expect.

We usually collaborate with architects, designers, and other builders during the initial concept and planning phase to ensure our building methods are aligned, any challenges are identified, and bridge any gaps between the concept and construction. Completion varies by project scope and pace, but we can build custom homes in as little as 12 months after receiving an approved design.

  • We’ll discuss initial project goals and timeline to ensure we’re a fit. We build homes exclusively for architects, designers, other builders, and homeowners that share our professionalism, values, and vision for a new paradigm in home construction.

  • We’ll review the preliminary project plans with architects, designers, and other builders to align with our building methods. During the design phase we help guide it and answer questions to meet our building specifications.

  • Once the architectural plans are approved, we provide a cost estimate to include structural engineering, construction, deliverables, and execution scope. An agreement is signed to move into the construction phase.

  • This phase involves structural engineering, site preparation, permits, construction, interior finishes, home inspection, and optional energy certification. During the execution, there is close collaboration and communication with all parties.
